My safety and self defense seminars run about 1.5 hours. Depending on who
​my clients are the seminars focus on the group needs and occupation or school safety exposures. I have given seminars to: real estate professionals, restaurant supervisors, Law firms, Girl Scout organizations, home owner groups and neighborhood associations.   My seminars include instruction on safety while: shopping, traveling, home security, firearm safety and preparations for natural catastrophes.
